We enjoy the benefits of good staff training and relations, with very small turnover and excellent continuity of staff. We have considerable expertise on the technical side, with our lengthy involvement as surveyors to the Hull and Machinery and P&I markets. This is supported by our strong legal and insurance knowledge. The managing director of the company has an M.A. (Hons) in Law from Cambridge University (1974-1977) followed by nearly six years with Richards Hogg International, including four in their Piraeus office.
The Company is well established as an integrated shipping services operation and is widely recognised as one of the market leaders in its field of expertise in the Mediterranean. A planned strategy of investment and growth is set to maintain and consolidate this position well into the future.
We took the lead in electronic claims handling by developing and launching in 1999 a web based claim depository which remains unique in its field. Each insurance client has access to a secure and individual Client Area in which extensive details for each ongoing claim are displayed.
